Shipping & Returns
At DREEF, we believe the experience of receiving a fragrance should feel as considered as the fragrance itself. We aim to ensure every order is prepared with care and delivered as smoothly as possible.
Shipping
DREEF currently ships within the Netherlands and selected international destinations. Shipping availability and rates are calculated at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During launches, holidays, or periods of increased demand, processing times may be slightly extended and will be announced.
As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.
Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Europe: 3–7 business days
- International: 5–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, courier service, customs clearance, or other external factors.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and order value.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or local handling fees are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Order Details
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. DREEF cannot be held responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Returns
If, for any reason, you wish to return your order, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and quality assurance reasons, returns are only accepted for items that are unused, unopened, and returned in their original packaging and condition.
To request a return, please contact us at orders@dreefperfumes.nl within 14 days of receiving your order. If your return is approved, we will provide further return instructions. Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of return approval.
Non-Returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items not returned in their original condition or packaging
- Gift cards, if applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at orders@dreefperfumes.nl and include your order number along with clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit where applicable.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part or the item arrived damaged or defective.
Return Shipping
Unless a return is due to an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as DREEF cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
